Fitness is one of the most important parts of living a long and happy life, and at the Inspire Fitness Academy we are dedicated to ensuring that every single person has access to high quality fitness classes whether online or in person.

 

We support a range of people from children, to young people, to parents, and even grandparents.

 

One particular area we strive to support are special educational needs groups around the UK as we believe that every person, no matter their ability, can provide the world with something worthwhile.

 

We also offer in-person fitness classes in our facility at the Sherwin Club on Harrington Street, Derby.
